2005 Newmar Kountry Star model 390, 40FT with 3 slides, 330hp ISC 8.3 liter Cummins diesel with the Alison 6speed Auto Trans.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The engine or dash AC seems to be low on the freon gas.
This motorhome was just driven approx 600 miles with no issues.
There are 2 roof top AC units that function. The rear AC is super cold and the front AC is almost cool, but not cold, probably low on freon gas.
The water system works on city water. The water pump will turn on but it does not pump. The water heater needs to be replaced. The toilet valve leaks and needs to be replaced. The outside shower faucet needs to be replaced.
It had new tires installed Late last year.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The fridge is missing.
The bed slide control board is bad. We swap the wires on the electric motor and it go out. Swap the wires around and it will retract.
The LP system, water heater, furnace and stove top try to function but the LP tank is empty.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The hydraulic jacks work.
The washer dryer combo unit does not work.
The driver window, has a piece of lexan, the discolored looking glass.
As you can see in the photos it has a couple of cracked tile, most likely just due to the age.
The Cat diesel generator runs and make power.
This motorhome is pretty rough. A few stains, some previous signs of rough leaks. No current leaks. There are a couple of soft spots on the roof, but, again no current leaks.
Most of the storage bays and storage doors are beat up and need repairs. There is some rust, not horrible but still some rust areas.
The front end fiberglass has cracked and pieced back together. In my opinion, this coach was hauled at some hauled by a tow truck and the tow truck cracked and busted the nose, as you can see, there is part of the lower missing.
We did NOT check anything else.

This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 18 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
For the buy it now price of $49999 we will include the following, but any other price the following is NOT included:
oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator
Wiper replacement
Full tank of Diesel and LP.
With the buy it now option, we are also more flexible on the payment terms. If you bid on an ebay auction and win this motorhome, the total amount is due within 72 hours.
This means that you have the opportunity to purchase cheap, fix it up and sell for a profit if you so desire.
For any other price those items would NOT be included.

You can pick up the camper anytime during OUR business hours.
We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
Once it has been paid in full we can perform most any service that you need.
