2005 Newmar Essex 4502 tag axle 4 slide 45FT 500hp ISM 10.9 liter Cummins diesel with the Alison 6speed Auto Trans. This coach cost over $515k new in 2006.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The engine or dash AC seems to work.
This motorhome was just driven approx 600 miles with no issues.
There are 3 roof top AC units that function.
The water system works including the aquahot hot water heater.
It has 2021 date code Michelin tires.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The fridge works.
Entry door awning needs a motor.
There is a dishwasher but it does not seem to function.
One of the slide boards stopped working. When we first received this motorhome all the slides worked properly and now one slide does not. We swapped the slide boards and the problem followed the board.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The levelling system is a HWH, air and hydraulic.
The carpet is ok, especially considering it is 17 years old.
The Cat or powertech diesel generator will run, the hour meter is only showing less than 2k hours.
There is a location for a washer dryer combo unit located in the bedroom. We can install a functional used combo unit for $800, or a new combo unit is approx $1700 installed.
This coach is a little rusty, not too bad.
We did NOT check anything else.

This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 17 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
For the buy it now price of $109999 we will include the following, but any other price the following is NOT included:
oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator
Wiper replacement
Full tank of Diesel and LP.
Change the oil, oil filter, fuel filters.
Install new wipers.
Slide control board replace.
With the buy it now option, we are also more flexible on the payment terms. If you bid on an ebay auction and win this motorhome, the total amount is due within 72 hours.
This means that you have the opportunity to purchase cheap, fix it up and sell for a profit if you so desire.
For any other price those items would NOT be included.
We do NOT accept credit cards or Paypal for final payment.
If you win this item on an ebay auction, then the following terms would apply.
The $500 down payment is due as soon as the auction is over, call us for a credit card or similar.
The total amount is due by the close of business on Wednesday whether you pick up it or not.
We are typically purchasing additional RVs at auctions nearly every week.

We try to sell a lot are very low profit so we have to turn out money very fast.
We charge a late payment fee of $400 if we do not receive the total by Wednesday.
As per our ebay auction terms and conditions we charge a $295 eBay Doc fee in addition to the bid price.
You can pick up the camper anytime during OUR business hours.
We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
Once it has been paid in full we can perform most any service that you need.
