This camper is located at Campers For Sale LLC in Piedmont SC 29673 at 616 Shiloh RD.

We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12.

You can view this camper and our other inventory anytime during our business hours.

We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.

This camper is a 2007 All American by Forest River, model 385RLTS, approx 40ft and the UVW is approx 14k LBS.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

There is roof AC unit that tries to work. The compressor sounds like it is trying to work but the fan does not blow.
The Furnace Heater and water heater, neither tries to turn on and the LP are the bottles are missing. 

The microwave is missing. 
The water system does not work.

As you can see in the photos, rats or similar have chewed many of the water lines and some of the wiring. 
The fridge works.

The awning works as you can see in the photos.

The tires have 2009 date codes and should be replaced.

There is an Onan generator that will run on starting fluid. Most likely the carb needs to be cleaned or replaced. This camper smells like a previous owner must have smoked in it. It is not horrible smell and I think that with a good cleaning, the smell would be gone. There is also smell of rat poo in the storage area, the photos of the are show this and there may be a similar smell inside the camper that should also go away with a good cleaning.

The keys, power cord and LP tanks are missing.

If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. 
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.  
If you purchase this item on an ebay auction, then the following conditions would apply:. 
The $500 down payment is due as soon as the auction is over.

You can pick up the camper anytime during our business hours M-F.
We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
Once it has been paid in full we can perform any service that you need since we are a full service facility.
