This is a American Heritage 45BT, 45ft with 3 Slides, Cummins 650hp Diesel with an Allison 6speed Auto trans.

The 650hp was not an option in 2009. The 2010 has the option for a 650hp. The title for this motorhome is a 2009.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:
Text 864 245 0730.
The Cummins 650hp engine runs good.
The Allison 6spd Auto transmission shifts good.
The 12500 Onan Diesel gen works with 1036 hours.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 600 miles with no issues.
There are 3 roof AC units with heat pumps that work at the time of this listing.
Aquahot heat works, Water Heater and Stove top function.
It has Goodyear 2018 tires on the front and 2017 on the rear.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.

Air levelling system works.

The hydraulic jacks work in the manual mode but not in auto.

In the front living room, there is a front and rear section for heated tile. The rear heated tile in the front living room, functions, the front section of the front living room does not function. The thermostat for the front section turns on but has the GFCI tripped light on in the thermostat, but the GFCI thermostat in the coach is NOT tripped. 

The half bath lights will function when we move the light switch to a different location. It seems that the phone cable from the half bath to the controller may be defective or corroded or similar.

Stackable washer and dryer seem to function.

The interior cameras seem to function only when the engine is running.
The electric only fridge works.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
We did NOT check anything else.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is 14 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
For the buy it now price of $199999 we will include the following:
oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator
Wiper replacement
Full tank of Diesel and LP.
This means that you have the opportunity to purchase cheap, fix it up and sell for a profit if you so desire.
For any other price those items would NOT be included.
We do NOT accept credit cards or Paypal for final payment.

You can pick up the camper anytime during our business hours.
We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
Once it has been paid in full we can perform any service that you need since we are a full service facility.
