We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.
This is a 2011 Four Winds Huricane by Thor with 2 Slides, model 32A, 33ft long.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The Ford V10 runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Onan 5500 gen works with ONLY approx 218 hours.
The upholstery or the material covering on the interior front captains chairs, sofa and dinette all look new and nice, def not the original material, the interior furniture is super nice.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.
There are 2 roof AC units that work.
The LP system tries to work, Water Heater and Stove top, but it is out of the LP gas.
It has 2021 date code tires on it.
The microwave is missing.
The water system should work. It has been winterized due to the cold temps a few weeks and we have not un-winterized it yet.
The fridge works.
The jacks work.
The power cord is a 50 amp and is missing. We used one of our power cords to check the systems. Typically, we have used 50amp twist lock power cords for $125 and new for $225.
The radio works.
The main awning works, the material is older and worn a little.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
We did NOT check anything else.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is dirty and needs a good cleaning and it is also a little rough, it is 13 years old and used.
I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
For the buy it now price of $39999 we will include the following:
oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator
Wiper replacement
Used power cord.
Entry door key.
New awning material
New wipers
Full of GAS and LP
This means that you have the opportunity to purchase cheap, fix it up and sell for a profit if you so desire.

We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
Once it has been paid in full we can perform any service that you need since we are a full service facility.
We do NOT accept credit cards or Paypal for final payment.
