We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.
This camper is a 2013 Dutchmen Voltage V3905 Toyhauler, approx 42ft and the UVW is approx 14277LBS. Garage area is 14ft long.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

We can include a functional Onan gas generator for the buy it now price. Any other price, no gen would be included.
There are 3 roof AC units that works.
The Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top did try to function but the LP bottle are either low LP are the bottles are missing.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system should work. It has been winterized due to the cold temps.
The electric only fridge works.
The electric awning works as you can see in the photos but the awning material is the original and really needs to be replaced.
The tires have 2020 date codes.
The two main slides operate super slow. The slide motors probably need to be replace. They cost about $200 each at 4qty or 2qty per slide plus install.
The keys, power cord and LP tanks are missing.
This camper shows a lot of wear and tear for the age. This camper is def not nice. It is still very usable, It has an odor of some sort. just not nice. We did not check every single item, for example, some of the lights might not be working or similar.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. We did not check anything else, some lights may not be working for example.
If you purchase this item on an ebay auction, then the following conditions would apply:.

We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
Once it has been paid in full we can perform any service that you need since we are a full service facility.
