We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

There is roof AC unit that works.
The LP system works, we had to check the system with one of our LP bottles since the LP bottles are missing.

The Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top did try to ignite with our LP parts. 
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. 
The water system works. 
The household type fridge works on electric.

The awning is missing. 

The tires are old and should  be replaced.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. 
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.  
If you purchase this item on an ebay auction, then the following conditions would apply:. 
The $500 down payment is due as soon as the auction is over.

You can pick up the camper anytime during our business hours M-F.
We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
Once it has been paid in full we can perform any service that you need since we are a full service facility.
