We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.

This camper is a 2015 Keystone Impact 303, approx 34ft and the UVW is approx 8834LBS.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The garage are is nearly 10ft long.
There are 2qty roof AC units that work.
The Water Heater and Stove top function but the LP bottles are missing. We used one of our bottles to check the LP system. The furnace heater tries to ignite, we can hear it 'popping' but it does not ignite. So, either it is clogged with a dirt dobber nest, the electronic board is bad or the LP gas valve is stuck closed.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The fridge works.
The electric awning works as you can see in the photos but the awning material is the original and really needs to be replaced.
The tires have 2019 date codes.
In the photos, where you can see my black shoe, the floor is soft. There are several soft spots around the entry door and toward the toilet, the toilet water valve was leaking but is no longer leaking water. The garage also has some soft spots. I believe that these soft spots could be covered with plywood and then cover the plywood with carpet or cut the linoleum, add wood and then glue the lino back down.
The keys, power cord and LP tanks are missing.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.

We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
Once it has been paid in full we can perform any service that you need since we are a full service facility.
